Everstream Mortgage requires the following information to send out the initial closing disclosure:
Status of conditional approval or later
Signed loan estimate
Title company information
Purchase contract or payoff letter for a refinance
Homeowners insurance policy
Property tax information
Appraisal (if needed)

We offer the following lock periods: 15 days, 30 days, 45 days, and 60 days. Active locks may be extended up to 4 times. The first extension is free for 3 days. Subsequent extensions cost 2.5 bps per day. Extensions must be requested on or before the lock expiration date by 5 PM EST. We accept locks everyday including weekends. Lock requests are accepted 10:30AM to 3:00AM Monday through Sunday.

We encourage brokers to reach out directly to the assigned underwriter on each file.
